With UISCOR, I led the strategy and execution for an end-to-end email and SMS campaign promoting their newly launched production line. We used segmented lists to tailor messaging for cold leads, warm prospects, and active clients—delivering value-focused emails and timely SMS nudges. The launch campaign had a 58.4% open rate, 3.9% click-through rate, and brought in over 150 qualified leads within the first week.

By continuously refining content through A/B testing, optimizing subject lines, and syncing timing with customer behavior data, we’ve seen sustained performance growth across email and SMS efforts. UISCOR's strategic implementation helped boost average client open rates from 42.1% to 60.3% and doubled average click-through rates in just six months.

02 — Creative process

My creative process at UISCOR started with defining audience segments based on project behavior, previous history, and business model. I then crafted a multi-phase email and SMS journey designed to warm up leads, introduce the new production line's importance, and drive conversions with clear CTAs. Each message was tailored to match where the recipient was in the customer journey—whether it was about fast production, fool proof inspection. I collaborated with the design team to ensure visuals were clean, mobile-friendly, and aligned with the brand tone. Using A/B testing and live performance data, I optimized subject lines, send times, and content blocks in real-time. This agile, data-informed process not only kept engagement high but also ensured the campaign stayed aligned with business goals
