For eight years, I led the digital branding vision for Kent Constructions, one of Kerala’s premier luxury real estate developers—transforming the company’s online presence into a powerful, high-performing brand ecosystem. I was instrumental in shaping and executing a cohesive brand identity across all digital channels, ensuring every touchpoint—from website to social media to email—reflected Kent’s core values: trust, quality, and elegance.

My role encompassed the full spectrum of digital marketing. I initiated a complete brand refresh that included a modernized website optimized for conversions, SEO-driven content that ranked and resonated, and high-converting ad campaigns tailored to distinct buyer personas. I developed compelling narratives for every project launch, combining visual storytelling, drone walkthroughs, and influencer partnerships to humanize the brand and build emotional connections with potential homebuyers.

Under my direction, Kent’s digital presence evolved from static to strategic. We implemented marketing automation, built robust lead-nurturing funnels, and scaled engagement through hyper-targeted paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. I collaborated cross-functionally with design, sales, and tech teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign efficiency at every level.

The impact was substantial: website traffic grew by 60%, social media engagement surged by 145%, and we achieved a consistent increase in qualified leads and booking inquiries year-over-year. More than just driving numbers, my work established Kent Homes as a benchmark for premium, trustworthy real estate branding in South India’s digital landscape.

02 — Creative process

My creative process at Kent Constructions was rooted in deeply understanding both the brand’s legacy and the evolving mindset of modern homebuyers. It began with research—competitive benchmarking, audience persona mapping, and analyzing customer behavior trends across platforms. I then translated those insights into a unified digital strategy, aligning brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.

Every project launch followed a storytelling-first approach. I would concept narratives that highlighted each project’s lifestyle value—proximity, aesthetics, amenities—while reinforcing Kent’s brand promise of trust and quality. Content was designed for scalability: long-form blogs for SEO, bite-sized reels for social, dynamic emailers, and high-conversion landing pages. I collaborated closely with photographers, drone teams, video editors, and designers to ensure a consistent and aspirational visual tone.

Each campaign was built with a performance mindset. From A/B testing CTAs to tracking micro-metrics in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, I continuously optimized for ROI while keeping the customer experience at the center. Whether it was a festive offer rollout or a new luxury project, my process ensured each campaign had both emotional depth and measurable impact.
